I’ve got a 4yr old husky. I adopted him 2yrs ago and nothing has worked to stop him pulling. The usual treat incentive works for a while but as soon as you start delaying the time before you give the treat, he just ignores it. Stopping walking and changing directions again works for short period until he gets fed up and just lays down refusing to move. I take them out 3x a day and everytime ends up with him just laying down. A walk turns into a battle. Usually with me carrying him. If I didn’t have a job, I could wait out his disobedience. I know with time these techniques will work, but I don’t have the time. My 3yr old girl, had since a pup, is a total opposite. Doesn’t pull, walks by my side (even off lead, except playtime) with plenty of slack and never needed any treats to learn. Any advice would be great as it’s really hindering my girl dog and me from enjoying our walks
