This harness also comes from Puppia but I am putting it as the least recommended option for one reason: the hole is too large. I am sure a playful Shih Tzu can easily find it way out of the harness. Due to this, I think it is suitable for dog walking but not as a leash in the backyard as it could easily escape when no one is watching.

Despite this flaw, I am putting it here as it is still a very comfortable harness due to the mesh material being used. It wouldn’t stop your Shih Tzu from pulling but at least the dog wouldn’t choke on it.

The design is also rather trendy with its polka dot design.

Overall, all 3 dog harness works great for a Shih Tzu. The Easy Walk is my favourite due to its anti-pull design. However, it is not as attractive as the Puppia models. Depending on the behavior of your Shih Tzu, one of these should make a great dog harness for them.
